Probiotics for improved gut health and immunity, along with antioxidants and digestive enzymes, are present in this shake as well. Both of them are vital for health in different ways.

Garden of Life Raw Organic

With the inclusion of 44 superfoods, expect to be filled for at least three hours without any problems. Also, you don’t need to worry about any nutrient loss since the shake is made from raw, uncooked ingredients. 

Similar to Ample, Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal too has three flavors Vanilla, Vanilla Chai, and Chocolate. And when it comes to taste, there’s no compromise; it’s perfectly drinkable. 

Earlier I mentioned that this shake is made from plant-based protein, and this means pea protein. Another type of protein paleo dieters tends to look away.

However, some of the individuals in our team loved it. But the ‘organic and raw’ taste, I’m not a fan of it, to say the least.

However, the primary protein source in the shake comes from whey. But this is not the whey protein that you’re typically used to seeing. This is a kind of whey that is allowed in paleo mainly due to all the lactose that should be present are removed.

This is good news if you’re sensitive to dairy. 

Anyways, the shake is low in carbs, and since coconut milk is present in this paleo meal replacement shake, the amount of healthy fats available is stellar.

When it comes to benefits, Primal Fuel is excellent in keeping insulin levels low. Not only that, the inulin present in the shake has some vital advantages, such as improving digestion and aiding weight loss.

Finally, a little word on the flavor and taste. First, the Primal Fuel shake has a chocolate and vanilla coconut flavor for the flavors. We bought the vanilla coconut flavor since it was something new, and taste-wise, it was something new too. 

I guess the coconut plays a significant role as it seems like it’s adding a smooth sweetness that makes the vanilla taste a little bit better. However, worth noting is that the shake lacks a little sweetness.

Firstly the amount of protein, this thing packs 21 grams of high-quality paleo protein. The second is that the JJ Virgin’s shake is fully loaded with five fruits and vegetables.

Apart from all these, this shake contains bone broth protein, which is a type of protein that’s derived from beef, and it’s 97% purely hydrolyzed. 

This type of protein has a staggering amount of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) and collagen-specific amino acids.

The BCAAs are excellent for rebuilding and repairing muscles, while the collagen-specific amino acids improve skin health along with other benefits to health.
